We are having a home based project in Medical book Data conversion from home. This project is being outsourced since last three year. The basic work consists of typing scanned jpeg files into the software provided by us. This is a full-time project. Primary Details of the Project is as proved below.

The accuracy report of the submitted work is generated within ten working days of submission and immediately the payment in the form of D. Draft only with the fresh assignment is released to the beneficiary by our official Couriers - DTDC.
Each Assignment is made available to the User in the form of CD through courier.
The whole Project consists of TEN Assignments, each to be completed within 30 days of time.
The completed work has to be submitted by the USER through Internet directly to our overseas clients.
The USER is supposed to complete the whole Project consisting 10 Assignments, without fail due to any reason whatsoever.
The USER will not be paid any amount if the accuracy level is even below than the permissible limit of maximum 4 errors per page (on an average basis), but one more chance (which will be the last chance) will be given to do a fresh Assignment.
In case the USER fails to submit the work with this acceptable accuracy level in TWO CONSECUTIVE assignments, his performance will be considered as substandard and the contract will immediately be scrapped forfeiting his Security deposit also.
The User is at the risk of losing his Security deposit if:
Two successive Assignments are not completed by him/her within the stipulated time frame of 30 days.
Non-performance by the USER when he/she fails to submit the work with the specified accuracy level in two consecutive Assignments.
The USER discontinues the project in between at his own.
The USER is found indulged in any kind of illegal use of the software provided.
The work is sub-contracted by the USER.
In some unavoidable circumstances when the USER is not in the position to work on the Project undertaken for quite some time, he/she may take a break of maximum two months’ time between any two Assignments of the ongoing Project and will have to resume the work within two months.
